8:30am             CIRCUIT TRAINING

Wednesday

6:00am             RIDE: Indoor Cycling
9:30am             RIDE: Indoor Cycling
10:30am            Tai Chi  

Thursday

8:30am             Kicking-Up Cardio!
5:45pm             RIDE: Indoor Cycling
6:00pm             Tai Chi  

Friday
6:00am             RIDE: Indoor Cycling 
8:30am             Circuit Training

Saturday

8:30am             RIDE: Indoor Cycling

Individual or Small Group  Pilates, Yoga and Circuit Training Sessions are available.  Please call the front desk to let us coordinate this for you.
