Individual or Small Group  BOOTCAMP, Stretching, Foam Roller, Athletic Development and Circuit Training Sessions are available.  Please call the front desk to let us coordinate this for you.

BOOT CAMP
:     mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training

Cardio Pump:    combines resistance training with a cardio-vascular component to provide a muscle burning, heart pumping workout!

Circuit Training:  A group of exercises performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time before you move on to the next 

Body mechanix:  Combines range of motion with stretching to keep the body flexible

Smorgasbord:  Everything but the kitchen sink (maybe not) with this class.  Bands, balls, tubes, gravity, intervals, foam rollers- Be Ready!
